Das Eisbergmodell geht auf den \u00f6sterreichisch-amerikanischen Psychoanalytiker Sigmund Freud zur\u00fcck. Seine \u00dcberlegungen zum Bewussten und Unbewussten entstanden bereits um 1900. Sp\u00e4ter wurde das Modell von Kommunikationswissenschaftlern und P\u00e4dagogen auf die zwischenmenschliche Kommunikation \u00fcbertragen und geh\u00f6rt heute zu den bekanntesten Kommunikationsmodellen \u00fcberhaupt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Grundidee<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Eisbergmodell vergleicht die menschliche Kommunikation mit einem Eisberg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nur ein kleiner Teil des Eisbergs ist \u00fcber der Wasseroberfl\u00e4che sichtbar. Der deutlich gr\u00f6\u00dfere Teil befindet sich unsichtbar unter Wasser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Viele Kommunikationsprobleme entstehen nicht auf der sichtbaren Sachebene, sondern auf den verborgenen emotionalen Ebenen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Eisbergmodell und die M\u00f6biusschleife<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im Buch Die M\u00f6biusschleife des Menschlichen wird dieser Gedanke erweitert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menschen kommunizieren nicht nur mit dem sichtbaren Teil ihres Eisbergs. Gleichzeitig beeinflussen sich die verborgenen Bereiche der Gespr\u00e4chspartner gegenseitig.
