Vergangenen Sonntag haben wir mit dem gr\u00f6ssten Teil des Teams den f\u00fcr alle unsere Mitglieder obligatorischen Teamanlass abgehalten. Keine Sorge, die restlichen Teammitglieder waren letzte Woche schon am Anlass.<\/p>\n

\"Teamanslass\"<\/a>
Informations-Runde im Team (\u00a9 Zingg-Dive)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Ziel unseres j\u00e4hrlichen Teamanlasses ist es, allen unseren Mitgliedern die wichtigsten Informationen f\u00fcr die kommende Saison mitzugeben, neuen Teammitgliedern ein erstes Mal trocken die internen Abl\u00e4ufe aufzuzeigen und die Auffrischung der erste Hilfe Massnahmen inklusive Sauerstoffverabreichung, Bewusstlosen-Lagerung und CPR\/HLW. Mann k\u00f6nnte sich fragen aus welchen Motiven wir diesen Anlass (zweimal) j\u00e4hrlich abhalten. Einfach: Einerseits erf\u00fcllen wir so auf eine gesellige Art und Weise die PADI Standarts, andererseits bringen wir uns gegenseitig so weit auf den neuesten Stand, dass wenn die neue Saison beginnt alle schon wissen was zu tun ist, wer was macht und wie die individuellen Aufgaben m\u00f6glichst effizient erledigt werden.<\/p>\n

Die Liebe zum Detail geh\u00f6rt nat\u00fcrlich auch in den Teamanlass: Da wir alle Abl\u00e4ufe und Funktionen von Ger\u00e4ten besprechen, wird sicherlich auch der Anh\u00e4nger nicht vergessen. Hier zeigt uns Christoph mit einem L\u00e4cheln wie die St\u00fctze richtig hochgefahren wird. Anschliessend wurde der Anh\u00e4nger an das Auto angekoppelt und koplett beladen, das will n\u00e4mlich ge\u00fcbt sein!<\/p>\n

Am Ende des Tages ging es noch an eine kurze Rekapitulation und die Kontrolle ob alle die Lernziele erreicht haben. Anschliessend haben wir noch unseren Theorieraum aufger\u00e4umt und uns f\u00fcr diesen Sonntag voneinander verabschiedet.<\/p>\n

Wir blicken auf einen erfolgreichen und sehr lehrreichen Teamanlass 2015 zur\u00fcck. Dies nicht zuletzt dank der Planung und durchf\u00fchrung des Tages durch unsere Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung.
